If i make Jelly boats for my daughters birthday party tomorrow. How long do you think the jelly can stay out of the fridge for before liqufying. i want to make these jelly boats but the party is not at our home and will be out of the fridge for a few hours before they get eaten. . Should i even bother making them? ? ? Will they last?

No - don't bother ... make some real food like some meatballs, cheese cubes or fruit wedges.
There is so much fresh fruit available now - feijoas, figs, apples, pears etc - why make something ""artificial" ? ? ?

the cold set jelly is really firm, and if as someone else said you transport it in a chilly bin it should be ok.

You can add 1 tsp gelatine and that will give extra firmness and stay firmer for longer. Chilly Bin would be perfect. I love Greggs jellies, especially raspberry.
