... I was going to make a chicken lasagne tonight but don't know how to... I have smoked chicken breast and lasagne sheets. Can anyone fill in the gaps in my recipe, haha! ? TIA

seems a bit of a waste to use the Smoked Chook in a lasagna. . you wont taste it much if you use a tomato base...

I spose you could make a cream based sauce and just layer at will

Personally I dont use pasta... I normally make a pumpkin chicken one using large thin slices of pumpkin for my "pasta" layered with cooked chicken, olives, feta, seasonings. . a splash of a nice tomato pasta sauce (thick one) in each layer. . finished off with a big thick layer of cheese sauce and cheese on top. . in the oven until the pumpkins cooked thru (knife pushes thru the layers easy when cooked)
