Sweet cheese ball recipe

Does any body have a recipe for a sweet cheese ball please, very keen to make some for my wedding.

grated cheese, cream cheese, and crushed pineapple rolled in crushed nuts or coconut

Cheese ball:

250g cream cheese
1 cup grated cheese
2 TBSPS crushed pineapple
1 TBSP tomato sauce
1 TBSP chopped parsley

Mix together all ingredients, andmould the mixture into one large or several small balls. Roll the ball/balls in finely chopped nuts.
Refrigerate until firm.
Serve with a selection of assorted crackers.

wifey always adds chopped glace red cherries to get the sweetness, also adds a splash of port or sweet sherry to combine it all.
Other than that she uses the same as above, except for the Tomato Sauce.

Takes a bit of doing but mix some kahlua with cream cheese and roll in chopped nuts. Its beautiful!

(for adults I replace the tomato sauce with a TBSP sherry)
