'bout a dessert spoon should do it, but it won't be at all thick like the bought stuff, the bought stuff has geletine in it and other such add-ins.

You could make yoghurt with the cream.It is really yummy!

How - vmax! sounds interesting - maybe should send old boy out to the supermarket to get some sour cream - was going to use it ina one bowl banana cake
