It is also an excellent grain to wean babies on as well.

hey thought i would post for those that may be interested, i recently bought some .cook and serve like couscous.its delish! last night i added raw chopped red onion, red pepper, then added cooked spinahc, roasted red onions and courgettes and asparagus, chopped everything up.really nice hot and cold
