Ii did everything according to the recipe but maybe the flour has changed as it went very flat and doughy.Anyone got any idea why!

Maybe your oven temperature.I've made this cake heaps of times, and it ALWAYS turns out perfectly!

its not a high riser anyway so its probably just fine
