Egg/flour/milk/baking powder, unless of course you have self raising flour.Best to make batter, not too thick, and leave in the fridge till cold, makes better pikelets.

I make up baking mix like Alison Holsts recipe and just add milk so its not to thick, let it sit for a little while and make the piklets.
