Would a hotwater cupboard work ok to raise the dough!

I just use the oven.I turn it on to 50 for 5 minutes then turn it off.Dough in and shut the door, maintains the perfect temp

or use the car, make sure windows are up and doos are closed acts like a oven

Or raise it at room temperature for several hours, or in the fridge overnight.The longer the rising the better the flavour development.

As long as the environment isn't draughty, it doesn't really matter where.A hot car might just be too hot but the oven method is probably safest.

Tehe, I put mine on the picnic table outside. at around 10am, it's perfect for raising the dough.
