Had this at a friends ages ago the courgette was grated and it was so yummy kind of quiche like I guess anyone have a recipie!

I make this sometimes and it's pretty yummy! Aunty Tania's Pie 375g grated courgette or 450g grated pumpkin, 3 rashers bacon, chopped, 1 cup self raising flour, 5 eggs, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 1 cup grated cheese, 1/3 cup oil, salt & pepper Grease a large oven-proof dish. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt & pepper. Pour into prepared dish and bake 180 deg for 30 - 40 mins or until golden and firm. Serves 4 - 6
