Hi, this is not baking, but I add it to salmon and it makes a nice sandwich spread, except I roll them up like asparagus rolls. Yummy.

use instead of butter. On crackers with vegemite or what ever

I always buy the light versions of cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, Highlander etc and use them for anything you'd used the normal version for, no problems ever.

ditto. Also lovely in mashed or jacket potatoes.

It's a good tangy additive for cheese sauces that reduces the amount of fat and gives a creamy texture.I usually add a little grated tasty as well.

Not 'baking wise' either, but stir through a teaspoon or two of relish for a tangy spread.
