can some please tell me how to make home made whipp cream, something similar to the bakeries cream in taste, any help would be appreciated

to one 300ml bottle of cream i would put 1 tesp vanilla ess, and 1 tbles icing sugar, and beat until thick.

cream (just normal cream in a bottle) vin ess and icing sugar to taste:)
