Roasting pumpkin

When roasting pumpkin, do I leave the skin on or remove it prior!

it's yummy with the skin OFF wouldn't go back to the skin on that's for sure

leave it on.doesnt disintergrate (sp) and whenever I see a recipe for roast pumpking soup it always says to roast skin on. It ends up so soft I eat the skin as well!

Will eat the skin if its on but always, always, peel it myself before roasting.

I usually peel it but not sure why as I like eating the skin lol

Depends on the pumpkin. Some are better left on cos the skin is healthy and good to eat but some of the thick skinned ones arent too hot to eat.

and don't forget to smother it with butter and olive oil and season,,yummy
