Cream sponge.!

i make a lovely cream sponge, it rises nicely. when i add cocoa to the odd one for a chocolate sponge it always flops. please help if you can. thanks.

Remove the amount of cocoa you are adding in flour and cornflour equal parts: sorry that sound Irish; what I mean is if you are adding 2Tbsps cocoa, use 2 Tbsps less of flour/cornflour or remove 2 Tbsps of those combined dry ingredients (before adding the cocoa andbaking powder.) Should work fine.

That's what I do too, although the chocolate one is never quite as high as the plain one :)
