Banana recipes Not Banana Cake etc

Morning everyone, looking for something to make with Bananas (have 3 that need using) apart from smoothies, banana cake/muffins or benofee (sp).
A tall order perhaps but thought someone out there might have an idea, have googled but only found the above options :0(

Banana salad

Main meal
Slice very ripe bananas, toss in a little lemon,juice. throw in a handful or two coconut ribbons. [ usually a bulk food product.]
Dress with sour cream, loosened with milk.

Dessert
If any over from the main add pineapple pieces, marshmallow's, a bit of juice from the pineapple.

Dress with yogurt, for a lighter option.

Banana Curry

3 large bananas (ripe but not spotty)
2 tsp butter or ghee
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tumeric (or 1 tab grated fresh tumeric)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 c yoghurt

In a frying pan over medium heat melt butter and fry tumeric and cumin 2 minutes.Peel bananas and slice 3cm chunks, add to pan with salt and chilli, cook gently 5 - 6 minutes until tender.be careful not to crush banana.Add garam masala and yoghurt, simmer 10 min until most of the liquid is absorbed.Serve hot.

Remove skin (obviously), toss in a little flour then dip in batter and deep fry till golden. Serve immediately with vanilla icecream. Sooooooo yummy.

Banana Piklets
1&1/4c self raising flour
2 egg whites
1/4c sugar
1/2tsp b/soda
3/4c milk
3/4c mashed bananas
Beategg whites, sugar & milk for 1 min. Stir b/soda into mashed bananas. & add. Gently fold in flour till combined.
Cook as usual

Thanks everyone some great ideas, I will give these a try as we always seem to have bananas left and we are getting a bit sick of cake etc.

Hot battered bananas are very nice.
Roll in caster sugar, serve with ice cream, yogurt or just cream.

Freeze them and use them in a cake at a later date. I usually end up with about half dozen in freezer and make bulk muffins and freeze them for school lunches, so handy!

Slice in half lengthwise, sprinkle on some brown sugar and a drizzle of rum, nuke in the micro for 30 to 60 secs. serve with icecream, cream and coconut threads.
