can i freeze biscuits one they are cooked. im watching my weight and want to do some baking but tend to eat them all once they are done. so wondering if i can freeze them and when i want one pop in the mircowave.

Freeze them and then eat them frozen lol!I freeze all my baking - biscuits, cakes and slices.

Pop them into an ice cream container and freeze. Can use them straight from the freezer.

Sugar stops baked items from freezing solid, so the best thing to do is bake, eat one and then give the rest away.
They'll be calling to you from the freezer, and as gardie says, you can still eat them frozen ;)
