Hi does anyone know how to make the cheese filling thats on a sandwhich when you buy it from a cafe or bakery?

cheese and onion? grate the cheese, finely chop the onion put both in a bowl and pour a little boiling water on it, mix if not soft enough just add a little more water, if you add too much just add some more cheese.

grate as much cheese as you want, add sprinkle of onion stock or bacon and onion stock for flavour, pour over enough hot water to make a paste, spread and enjoy!
