i cook mine for about 4 mins, covered with either paper towel or plastic cover, check if it needs a bit more i work on give it an extra 60 seconds

I do the same, but use greaseproof or baking paper, as paper towel can stick to the bacon. Make sure the bacon is on a grill type draining dish, rather than just a plate, so it doesn't sit in it's own liquid.

I place mine on a piece of tinfoil then grill it. Crispy, perfect and then I drain the fat off and keep it for other uses.
