freezing cron cobs

can anyone tell me how to do this in a way that stops the corn being all watery when you use them after frozen

Corn cobs... I just cut them into 3 pieces and toss in freezer. When needed they get flung in a pot of boiling water. . no one here has found them to be watery!

I do the same, take the husks off and bag up, cook from frozen, they are fine.

Put them straight into frezzer as is, husks on. Take them out as you want them and microwave.

I blanch mine, then freeze.

Don't take the husks off, put them straight into freezer, when you want them, just stick in the micro wave, for about 5 to six mins, yummo

check out the califlower thread in regards to blanching.

I did this to mine and took some out today and they were watery, is it because I thawed them, should I cook from frozen?
