Pork crackling

how should i cook a small slab of pork crackling please.It has a thin bit of fat no meat

On a rack with the oven on fanbake - 220+C

lay it on a rack over an oven tray - make sure it is completely dry, scored and rubbed with salt.Cook on high heat to dry it even more then under the grill at the end if needed
