hi there .. im looking to make a paste dish tonight for tea using ribbed penneand spirali for the first time. what is your best recipe that your family likes to eat and share with a newbie ..that is willing to make something different for tea for the family.

Boil pasta - drain.Fry in olive oil 1/2 red onion, 1 clove garlic,sliced chorizo sausage and small chunks of chicken thighs.When cooked add 1 tsp dried oregano.Now add chopped sundried tomatoes, mushrooms (opt) and pasta. Throw in some fresh spinach and salt n pepper.Grate over parmesan cheese prior to serving

Extra-thick spicy pumpkin soup poured over pasta with chopped salami chunks and finished with a swirl of sour cream...an idea from a poster a while back.Sorry I can't remember who...
