Hi, hubby's away and Im feeling peckish. Last day of the holiday's so its time for one last treat for the kids. I used to have a recipe for this kinda like choc fudge but with some brown sugar and I can't remember what else in it. Can anyone help with an easy recipe for me please.

Easy- melt 50gms butter over low heat add 1/3 cup brown sugar Stir over low heat until sugar dissolved (prevents a gritty sauce) stir in 60 g cream. For a decadent sauce add some chopped dark chocolate.

I changed from adding butter, and now use this:
Place in a microwave jug - 1/2 cup of cream and 1/4 cup brown sugar. add 1/2 to 1 tab sieved cocoa - to take out any lumps.
Mix and then zap on high for 45 seconds. stir, then zap again till hot. stir well and it's ready.
