Hi, I have a Sunbeam Bakehouse that I brought about a year ago. I seem to be able to make a basic white loaf but if I deviate and do any other recipes the bread wont rise. Any tips for getting the bread to rise. I have used Edmonds Surebake and Tasti breadmaker yeast and it is not expired. Thanks

Maybe you can try using a 'sponge'. Mix the yeast in warm water, with some sugar and a sprinkle of flour and set aside until it comes 'alive' then add it to your mix as usual.
