i tryed your recipe for salmon fritters (i used fresh salmon), they were very soft as i didnt have time to chill them. However i just gave them a quick browning in very hot fry pan then grilled them (to avoid over touching (turning them in fry pan). THank you heaps they were very nice indeed! ! ! ! (will chill next time first tho).
