Does anyone have a good Pork and Apple casserole recipe? I tried the food in a minute one and thought it was only average, bit bland :(

Pork and Apple CasseroleServes 4-6.
500 gram cubed pork,1 large onion peeled and chopped,1 large apple peeled and cubed,2 celery stalks sliced,2 Tblspns worcestershire sauce,3 Tblspns tomato sauce,1 Tblspns brown sugar,3/4 tspn salt,1/2 tspn dried thyme,1 tspn dried sage,1 1/2 cups water,cornflour to thicken and chopped parsley.
Put all the ingredients except for the cornflour and parsley,into a casserole dish with a well fitting lid.Place in the ovenand cook at 150 oC for 1 1/2 hours.Thicken with cornflour mixed to a paste with some water. and sprinkle with parsley if wished.
