If you mean a lasagna with a chilli meat sauce then this is what I do. I use about 500gm minced beef, a tin of Mexican Tomatoes, a tin of chilli beans and a packet of taco mix. Make the meat sauce with this and then the rest of the lasagna in the usual way with cheese sauce. if you don't like using packets, the idea is the same but just using chilli flavours. We love it and serve with a salad.
Heat pan and fry chopped onions.Add curry and dry stir.Then add mince (brown). Pour in the two tins of tomatoes and add sugar, corriander, sweet basil, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 10 mins. Make your cheese sauce and cook lasagna pasta. Layer in a greased dish and top with grated cheese. Cook in oven at 180 until ready to eat.
