Hi,i bought one of these hand blenders, would appreciate any ideas that you usethem for as there is no reciepe book, just trying to think outside of the square i know the basics, but you get some good ideas off here from time to timeso thought i would ask.

I use mine for the mashed potatoes - love how smooth they come out. I also used the big blender one for pumpkin soup straight in the pot and that was very successful.
