Does anyone have a recipe for this.I've a fancy to bone out the chicken and stuff it with mushrooms, onions and maybe a little bacon.However I can find a recipe that even comes close to this when googling for it.Any help would be most appreciated.TIA.

I cook the diced mushrooms in garlic butter then stuff the chicken. Then season the chicken and wrap in streaky bacon. Very easy. Slice the chicken when serving as it looks really pretty.

Thanks gaspodetwd.I was going to cook it yesterday but the chook didn't defrost in time so will be making it tonight instead.
