Did anyone happen to save Jan Bilton's recipe for Turkish Delight from the latest issue?Mine got used to light the fire before I could save it.It had 4 cups of cornflour and 4 of water but not much sugar if I recall.
it is on here, from Hawke's Bay paper - about half way down.
