instead of fish use chicken like maybe that chop chop or watties im not a fish eater but the fish cakes look soo yummy, if anyone knows or has any recipes that would be fantastic

I'm sure you could substitute chicken for fish. Just use any fishcake recipe that appeals to you. I'm not sure about the tinned chicken ... I've never bought it so I can't comment.

I replace chicken all the time, it is a cheaper option than fish.
