I found the most delicious recipe in here a couple of months ago and now I can't find it even though I've been using the search engine. It used white chocolate chips, a pot of sour cream, a pot of cream cheese and a tin of rasberries (though I used pineapple)...... Does anyone know the one? TIA :) *kicks herself for not writing down the recipe!!!**

Thanks for that. The one I found though had no condensed milk in it (I don't have condensed milk :( :( lol)
500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water, cooled 200g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted ( i use whittakers white) 1 cup cream, lightly whipped 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
