I use equal quantities of flour, brown sugar, rolled oats & coconut with usually some ginger thrown in, then mixed together with melted butter until it looks like crumbs. Spread on top of fruit and bake til golden.
Be liberal with butter for the crumble, its what made a real good crumble compared to a shit one. more butter and more brown sugar = the better the crumble. sprinkle cinnamon on top.
