Fishers Chicken Marinade Sauce

fisher, Jul 4, 3:23am
Take 3 large cloves of garlic and chop very finely into tiny "bits"..
add some crushed sea salt and good grind of black pepper..
add a level tsp of Masterfoods Moroccan seasoning..
now some very fine chopped fresh parsley.. and mix all together well
about 2 tbsp Masterfoods, soy honey and garlic,
good slug of Worcestershire, tomato, bbq, and sweet chilli sauces..
Add the washed, thawed chicken pieces and plunge into the sauce to marinate for 3 hours stirring every so often.
Preheat oven to 200c and place chicken pieces onto a baking paper covered grill inside a roasting dish ( this saves cleaning later)..
Spoon on a little of the marinade and let her rip.. half way through cooking, turn over and pour the rest of the marinade over the top each portion and sprinkle a little salt on top..
turn heat up to 250c for final cooking just before serving keeping an eye out for them not to burn...
Thats my dinner to-nite with carrots, beetroot and beans (last pack) from the garden and some yams with maple syrup..
