Corn syrup is a rather runny, sweet syrup available in light and dark. It's imported from America and is used in making jams, cakes, biscuits and sweet pies. Glucose syrup is a thick, clear syrup that is mainly used in confectionery and is made in Australia.
I keep both in my pantry, for the reasons above.
Probably sub. Glucose for corn syrup, but wouldn't sub corn syrup, for glucose.
