Self raising wholemeal flour - substuting baking p

I have a recipe book that has recipes using s-r wholemeal flour, which I have never seen on sale here.Any suggestions on how much b-powder I should add per cup of wholemeal flour please?I was thinking 2 tsp per cup - would that be about right?

yeah 2tsps generally, but it sometimes can depend on what you are baking though as sometimes recipes call for 1C flour and 1tsp baking powder

A lot of them have it, but the particular one I want to bake is banana muffins.
