Hey guys, my partner loves the ultra spicy thai noodles you can buy that have lots of spices in them and are really thin noodles...I tried googling the recipe but surely theres a list a bit shorter or ingredients to make them, I think there vercimilli noodles or looks like 2min noodles kinda thing.
The other is a place here in Auckland that does Meat sprig rolls, think of a beef jerky stick size bit of meat but im sure its pork rolled up...with the usual spring roll stuff as well,,wrapped in lettuce leaves with a dipping sauce of fish sauce, ginger, and chilli sauce and oil of some sort
Anyone have these recipes or similar ones to them? Thanks in advance
