We've had 2 pigs "done" so have heaps of ribs, and my very favourite recipe :
Cut ribs into 2 -3 pieces and set aside.Make marinade by combining 1/2 cup HP sauce, 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp each minced garlic and ginger,Place ribs in large saucepan and pour marinade over. Cover, bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins.Remove ribs and simmer (boil) marinade until reduced and thickened.Either barbecue the ribs or cook in oven at 200 degrees, brushing with reduced marinade until sticky and golden.
