we were in phuket and I had salmon with a lemon and caper sauce it wasnt a thick milk sauce does anyone know how do I make a lemon sauce for fish, then I will just add capers to it ...it was very yummy!

When I pan fry fish in butter and oil, I make the lemon and caper sauce, take out the fish...add a knob of butter with the capers and lemon juice ,heat thru till the butter is a golden colour and pour over the fish.Will work for the salmon dish too I hope this is what you are after..
