Hi spectrum2, make up a plain scone mixture, roll it flat, brush with melted butter leaving one edge unbuttered, sprinkle on cinnamon that is mixed with sugar, roll up and slice. bake as for scones (230c for 10-15min.

Sprinkle some sultana's, raisins, chopped dates or currants, etc.. over the dough before rolling up.. tastes good..
