I have had these in the freezer for quite a while and they are out thawing at the moment, but I haven't cooked them before. Can anyone help with how low long to cook them or what to put on them while cooking? I only have basic ingredients here, and I thought I would do them in a bag in the oven. Any help would be MOST appreciated!! : )

Chinese Spare Ribs, Cut ribs individually in a wok or frypan baste them quickly in garlic, ginger a doosh of chilli sauce, when white add a liter of boiling water, simmer till water is all but gone maybe one and a quater hours, delicious
