My kids are loving one of these I buy from the supermarket. I can't remember the brand. Anyway they are just to dare so does anyone have a good recipe you have tried and enjoyed? They don't like fruit or bits added, so just a plain one.

Muesli Slice
Makes 12 bars

Heat oven to 180°

100g butter
½ c brown sugar
¼ c honey

Melt above ingredients in a small saucepan.

1 Weetbix – crushed
½ c sultanas
¼ c sunflower seeds
¼ c pumpkin seeds
1 c rolled oats
½ c self raising flour

Mix together dry ingredients

Mix butter mix into dry ingredients

Press mix into 27 x 18 cm slice pan.Bake 20 min until golden and firm.Cool and cut.

You could take out the raisins and seeds, but they are really yummy - maybe add another type of dried fruit or nut that they like??

Edited to add - my three all love it and mr 10 can make it himself now.

What could I replace the sugar and honey with?
