I found a bottle of it in the pantry - still with seal on. I know it's been there for a long time but there is no date on it. Smells ok. Can't imagine something like this would go bad. I NEED to make Ginger Kisses ... 'oh yum' as Nadia says in the Countdown ad. hehe - such an actress - NOT.

it will be fine.. some time g/syrup can crystalise, but i don't think it would go off...
one of the things I do is use my eyes and my nose and let them tell me...
