Has anyone got a well tried recipe for ciabatta bread that is nice and spongy with a slightly chewy crust like you buy at bakery. I would be so grateful if anyone would share their recipe. TIA

I did the no knead one off the net a few times last year and that was very well liked I stopped making it when I got into sourdough but its very easy. Just google 'No knead Ciabatta'
