Dont think so, I am sure i made a loaf last year, and just used gluten free flour...wait for more answers....

No you don't, I am GF and I bought a Breville with GF settings and I only use the normal settings. I make about 3 loaves a week. Is so much better than bought GF bread.

I use the normal settings for my GF bread too, though mine is endorsed by the coeliac society apparently.I prefer homemade GF bread.Looking forward to my sandwiches for lunch tomorrow because I have a loaf cooling on the bench right now.
