PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone tell me how to achieve the sticky, sweet, oh so tender strips of "twice roasted pork belly" one occasionally sees in a restaurant??? I am a good cook, and despite all my recipe books, cannot find a single reference. Thanks, in anticipation!! devalois
