Chicken parma recipie...yummy!

dont hear of it much in nz but in oz it is a favorite, cheap enough to make and taste great!
i buy fresh chicken breast and either butterfly them if you want a huge portion or cut them in half for smaller then crumb (with some fresh herbs in the mix if you like). i give mine a light spray with oil and bake in the oven, when just cooked i add a layer of ham, pour on some pasta sauce then top with cheese and back in the oven for 5 mins.
everyone loves these and you can pre crumb the chicken earlier in the day for a nice fast fresh meal, great served with salad in summer or veges in winter.

oh and thanks to those who added the rice bubble honey recipie made it today and the kids love it, wont be paying a small fortune for lcm bars for the kids lunches again!
