Hi, I peel the husks off, cut in half and pop into a large pot of boiling water for about a minute or 2. Then I put in the sink full of cold water for about 20mins, then I let dry on my wire racks. Once cold I then put in a zip lock bags enough for a meal, usually 4. Hope that helps.

I would like to know where i can buy the nice sweet juicy corn cobs. Im put of the supermarket ones as they dont seem to have the nice taste i remember! !

No need to peel or blance. Take some of the outer leaves off, but leave a good covering, chuck in freezer. That's it.
