I have a whole frozen rainbow trout en freezer now I waht to bake it but not sure how simple ideas please

I had the most beautiful trout the other say at a friend's place.
It was frozen - so he thawed the whole fish and used
Add the following three ingredients to soft butter (quite a lot) Lemon Juice - about 2-3 small squeezed Garlic - fresh and minced Salt and Pepper
Then slice another lemon and place along top of fish
Baked in 180deg oven until tender (will depend on trout - this was a huge beast) - Nicest I have ever had

I stuff with whatever is at hand, lemon tomato garlic onion fennel tarragon oregano any of those will do rub in some butter then just wrap with tinfoil at 180 generally takes 25min for a medium sized fish if properly thawed. But we prefer to smoke and eat on crackers.
