HI, I am looking for a recipe which is rich and luscious not thin and watery. Have port and red wine...any other ideas?

put in lamb shanksthen mix a pkt of oxtail soup mix with red wine not too muchsay 200mls pour over shanks cook on auto all dayserve with mash

Port, can of tomatoes; chopped and drained or well processed in the kitchen whizz, or can of tomato puree or the watties herb and tomato pasta sauce is really good and not watery;fresh herbs,(rosemary etc) bit of garlic, black pepper (don't overdo the garlic, flavourwill strengthen as it cooks)
