Sounds like a nice mix to just wrap up and cook...and add some onion.

saute your ingredients together, until the chicken is cooked thru but moist, add a nice roux sauce, with a bit of white wine in if you have any, could be thickened with a drop of cream, or add cream cheese to the mix at the end of the cooking.Just layer well buttered filoeither in well greased ramekins or lay flat in layers and roll to make a roulade, just bake the filo pastry until cooked.
