Surloin Pork

Got some nice slices of this but not sure what is the best way to cook it please?

Is it a pork sirloin chop? or does it not have a bone?

No bones, It's nice and trim and is about half an inch thick. I bought 5 lovely pieces at a bargain price so hope they aren't tough. Then I realised they were surloin and have never cooked surloin pork before.

cook it just like you would beef sirloin and it will be lovely.
